Troubleshooting: Why Is My Order Running Late?

    You might be wondering "Where is my product" or "Why is my order late". Custprint gives you full transparency with our manufacturing process. Here is how you can track your order in case it is late:

Custprint does not ship your item off a shelf. As we customize the product for you, your garment is cut, stitched and printed just as per your order. Here may be some of the reasons why your product may be running late:


  • Quality control has flagged an error with the product and asked for it to be reprinted
  • Your item may have gone out of stock or the raw material for your item is being arranged.
  • Your garment is moving slowly on our manufacturing floor due to your print or order complexity
  • The artwork for your order is bad quality hence it has been put on an indefinite hold.
  • Our artwork team is busy making changes to your design as per your specifications.
  • Your product was rejected in print or any other process and has to be remade.


Important: Our standard manufacturing timeframe is 5-7 days + shipping. However as each order is custom made and manufactured sometimes items do run late. If your order is for an event or running late, please communicate this with our team at the earliest. Our team will flag your order and discuss with you how we can move it faster through our manufacturing floor.
