At Custprint, we are committed to providing you with exceptional customer service. To better assist you, we have created this FAQ guide detailing our working hours and holidays. Please read on to understand how we operate, so you can plan your interactions with us accordingly.

What are your working hours?

Our office hours are as follows:

Monday to Saturday: 10:30AM-7PM IST

Sunday: Closed (Exceptions listed in holidays)

Are your working hours flexible?

Our working hours are fixed, as listed above. However, we strive to respond to emails and online inquiries as quickly as possible, even outside regular business hours.

Are your customer service lines available 24/7?

No, our customer service lines follow our regular office hours. For any inquiries outside these hours, you can leave us a ticket, and we will get back to you as soon as we're back in the office.

What holidays do you observe?

We observe the standard holidays in India, during which our office will be closed. Additionally, we might The list includes, but may not be limited to:

• 26/01/2023: Republic day
• 07/03/2023: Holi
• 15/08/2023: Independence day
• 30/08/2023: Rakshabandhan
• 02/10/2023: Gandhi Jayanti
• 24/10/2023: Dushehara
• 13/11/2023: Diwali
• 14/11/2023: Govardhan Pooja
• 15/11/2023: Bhaiya Dooj

Please note that some holidays are based on the lunar calendar, and their dates may change each year. Some holidays are not listed here as they are staff specific and our manufacturing still operates on those days. 

Exceptions:

September 2023: 

• Offline from 8-10th Sep due to G20 meeting. We will be working on 3rd Aug and 17th Aug instead of 8th and 9th.
• Offline from 30th Sep-2nd Oct- We will be working on 24th Sep instead of 30th Sep.

Do you have a half-day on the eve of major holidays?

We do not operate on a half-day schedule on the eve of holidays. Our office remains open during the regular working hours unless specified otherwise.

How can I get in touch with you during holidays?

Although our office is closed during holidays, you can still whatsapp us. We will respond to your query when we resume work.

Can I place orders during holidays?

Yes, you can place orders online through our website even during holidays. However, order processing and customer service inquiries will be attended to once we resume work.

How will holidays affect my order processing time?

Orders placed right before or during holidays may experience delays. We will ensure to keep you updated and strive to process your order as quickly as possible once we're back in office.
