At Custprint, our standard delivery time is 2-5 working days + shipping with all orders that are placed online through our website.
In this timeframe, we process your order through a four step manufacturing process which involves your approvals. The delivery time is an estimate and depending on your order, your items may be done earlier or may take longer due the complexity of your items. When your order is delivered depends on our manufacturing timeframe and order complexity too
If you need a shipping estimate for your location, you can use the following matrix:
- Tier 1 cities and metros: 5 working days + delivery within 1-3 days of shipping in India
- Tier 2 cities and towns: 5 working days + delivery within 2-6 days of shipping in India
- Tier 3 cities and villages: 5 working days + delivery within 3-10 days of shipping in India
Important: If you need your order for an event, we suggest that you either add a note or your order, or contact us to request for express shipping which is a paid extra.
