Do you support POD or White labelling?

Custprint offers a print-on-demand service where we can create custom products for you without our branding on them, but there is an extra fee of 5% of your total order cost because we need to create the product from scratch rather than use one in our inventory.

If you want this service, you can follow these steps:

1. Customize your garment through Create it and add it to your cart.
2. During checkout, enter your personal information for billing and your customer's information for shipping.
3. Use your own email address for contact information.
4. Pay for your order online.
5. Once you receive your order number, contact our support team to convert your order to a white label POD product.
6. Our team will send you a payment link for the extra 5% fee and then convert your order.

When we ship POD orders, we use plain, neutral packaging that does not have our branding or any additional promotional materials. We also do not communicate directly with your customers, only with you through email or WhatsApp using the billing address's registered mobile number and email. As a result your customer never gets to know who manufactured the item and the exact location of where it was shipped from. 

Note: Please make sure not to enter your customer's details in the billing information to avoid any direct communication with them.
